FULL VIEW THIS PLEASE. IT'S BETTER THAT WAY. THANK YOU.
The father, the brother, and the father's mirror.
The Sadist, the Eyrien Warlord, and the High Lord of Hell.
The bastard, the prick, and Papa.
Or, from left to right, Daemon, Lucivar, and Saetan, from Anne Bishop's, "The Black Jewel's Trilogy', posing in Saetan's study in front of his blackwood desk at the Hall in Kaeleer where this kickass and most unpredictable family resides. Obviously Lucivar is being an obstruction and a prick - as usual, and hence his nickname. Daemon and Saetan are pulling an uncanny play off of 'the father and the father's mirror' saying. Anyone who knows those two and what happens when that look appears should assuredly be frightened. Hell's about to freeze over.
I love this series. I love Anne Bishop. And I love these men. They fucking rule. All the characters do, in their own way. If you haven't read it READ IT. I'm ordering you.
I figured that I should make my attempt to give the world some really detailed and attentive BJT fanart. I hope I've succeeded. And I hope that you enjoy it as much as I do. I'm EXTREMELY happy with this. May the darkness be merciful.
Wow....that's all I can say... I wish I could draw men properly...
Hmm...In my personal opinion, I'd say Daemon is the sexist.. Saetan is also definitly hot!!! I think I may read that/those book(s) now...you make the characters oddly fascinating..

Daemon is also the Sadist, which makes him even more sexy than you can imagine. In a horridly mean way. But he's so awesome. Saetan is one of my personal favorite characters. He's so wonderfully scary. And Lucivar? Wehell...*grins*...he makes me smile. I had a small crush on him throughout...Daemon's alluring as all hell too. This was without a doubt the best thing I've ever read. You have no idea. Nothing will top it for me, I don't think. It's such a worthwile read, and deep!

The Black Jewels Trilogy. Daughter of the Blood is book one. Heir to the Shadows is book two. Queen of the Darkness is book three. They should be easy to find, in fantasy of course.

Well...Borders just sent me a few coupons, and if the mall is still open when I get off work, I may stop by and pick them up...or at least one of them..

*stares at all three of them for a minute* I wish the males in my family were that hot... That way I could deny the fact when every one of my friends told me so. And then I could play jokes on them and be the little sister and blame them for everything! And of course Daddy Saetan would believe me because Daemon and Lucivar are just so troublesome! Oh the fun I would have embarrasing them! *sigh* I really like Daemon's cat-like position ( Weight placement!) and how the folds on Saetan's shirt turned out. Yes, that is definately a nice, happy family.

Betrayal is given freely, although not taken so.
You think I have not heard, but your betrayal is one I know.
You ask who told who spoke the words, but the result still hangs the same:
A betrayal has taken place and I will never again speak your name
A nice...happy....SEXEH FAMILEH...^^. Oh how I want to pounce on them all. Yes, I'd tackle the Sadist...and the big Eyrien dog...hehe...and Daddy Saetan...ah, I tell you. You are Jaenelle. I'll be Surreal so we can be related.

Lookin nice! Its fascinating to see your rendition of these characters. I like that you can see the similarities between each of them; you can tell they're related. You made me want to complete the picture I did with them now. ^_^
